Because eBooks are delivered instantly through BookFunnel, all eBook sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your book, please reach out through the contact form on this website and I’ll be happy to help. BookFunnel also provides excellent technical support to make sure you receive your book without difficulty.

Thank you for supporting an independent author! Each book is carefully handled and shipped directly from our limited inventory.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of small-batch inventory and signed/indie stock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at khholderwrites@gmail.com.

Photos of the damage or incorrect item
If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Limited Inventory Note
As an indie author fulfilling orders personally, stock is limited. Replacements are not guaranteed and may be substituted with a refund if inventory is unavailable.
