eBook Purchases
Because eBooks are delivered instantly through BookFunnel, all eBook sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your book, please reach out through the contact form on this website and I’ll be happy to help. BookFunnel also provides excellent technical support to make sure you receive your book without difficulty.
Print Book Orders
All print books are printed on demand and produced specifically for your order.
Because of this, returns are not accepted unless the book arrives damaged or misprinted.
If your book arrives with a printing defect or shipping damage, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and I will work with the printer to arrange a replacement.
