Thank you for supporting an independent author! All orders are packed and shipped directly from a small, in-house inventory.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., preorders, special editions, or high-demand releases).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorders & Special Releases
Items marked as preorder or noted with extended processing times will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
